Maxwell's Law of the Lid

John C. Maxwell has written extensively on leadership. I covered his 21 irrefutable laws of leadership earlier in this blog. He argues that one's leadership ability determines a person's level of effectiveness. "The lower an individual's ability to lead, the lower the lid on his potential. You should read this book. It's a good set of principles. And take heart, if you are deficient in one area, you can get better and increase your leadership score.
